Overview
VB Valves manufactures the full range of Gate Valves, which are ideal for bi-directional, low friction flow and shut-off as per international standards. Due to the flow characteristics of the wedge to seat design, Gate Valves are always operated in the full close or full open position.
VB Valves offer wide range of sizes in gate valve right from 2 to 24 (DN- 50 to DN -600) and pressure rating ranges from #150 to #2500. Higher pressure rating and bigger sizes can also be provided.
- Seat is hard faced, ground and lapped to a very smooth finish.
- Wedge is ground and lapped to a very smooth finish and optimally guided to prevent dragging and seat damage
- Rising stem with trapezoidal treads and burnished finish for best in class gland sealing
- Body and bonnet joint accurately machined
- One-piece bonnet up to DN 300 for better alignment and fewer parts
